the first one is a little strange imo, everything is too green and grassy (not that I have anything against green, but it all looks too similar)
the second I like the most, except for the... uhm... dustbin (unless you can justify it being there), and some of the shots don't exactly flow...
the third... I dunno, I don't really like it... can't explain why. maybe its just me
first set a bit overexposed. . . maybe u could take a lil underexposed photos next time to really bring out the vibrant colours.
Hmm I think winter.bmp is the nicest since the pictures looked more colourful and profound... the 3rd one on the other hand doesn't look that attractive as the big portrait alignment shot looked a bit dull with the misty chicago(i think) buildings...
The first pic needed a bit more detail I think....
My advice is go look at some Wong Fu material and see if u get any inspiration. Not saying it will give any, it's just what I would have done if I were in your shoes. :)
Here's my opinion, hope its not too harsh or anything.
Anyways its just my honest opinion mah, and you deserve it =P
First one (8.5/10)
Don't really like the bottom middle one
but i like the rest... not too sure how the ideas flow but i can see the theme.
It's supposed to have transition right?
Second one (7/10)
Pretty interesting moments in the pictures by itself... but there's something about the layout that doesn't click
Third one (8/10)
Good effort =P, this has a sense of "story" in it, but again i'm not too comfy with the layout, just me i guess.
Pictures, i think the ones earlier were nicer but these are not too bad also.

1st pic- i like this pic but could prob do with a lil bit more of the sky. there's prob a bit too much green in it. take the sky too!
2 pic- some pics were not clear and i can't see what the bottom left pic has to do with the rest. i like the coours in it though
3rd pic- it's a bit too messy. didn't like it as much as the other two. i can't see the theme in this.

tHE 1st set is not street photos.
Try :
taking from the 2nd set; the bus stop man and the arcade
the 3rd set; the tall bldg, the night scene (notice the same person inside) , the skiing (with lots of ppl)
mix them. daddy
hrm not too sure but i like the middle one. haha the colour's the best i reckon. (=
