vague blanche

hrmmmm....

yesterday something interesting happened

around 11 am
i was studying for my exams (yes so sad my exams havent fin)
then suddenly the people were making lotsa noise and when i turned round everyone was packing.....my first thought was 'FIRE'
so quickly rushed out to the lifts (hrmmm we ARE supposed to use the stairs) and saw suanloong,freddy, mo,han yang them all there. we debated wether we should use the lift or climb 11 floors down and being idoits we used the lift. cos we thought it was a drill.

then some lady in the lift kept asking 'did u feel the place shaking??' and everyone was ?????? 0.o!!!

then bryan eric said: yala i thought i felt sth just now..i thought i was dizzy only
joanna: eh drill only kah..maihaii got assignment need to pass up in one hours time
me(thinking): screw the assignment la [yala im not on good terms with her]
suanloong: earthquake ah??? what if the lift drops while we are in here
me: shut up!
bryan eric: ey if the lift drops 11 floors we wont die right?
me: =_=!

very smart

anyway the whole building was evacuated and classes cancelled and the rest of us stayed back outside to see if exams would still be on on monday. the bomba people came and some very sakai people checked it out and chatted with the bomba fellow and we couldnt go back inside till 2 sth. the lecturers were all sitting outside yam-chaing and talking with students. some ppl said theres a crack from the 7th floor to the 12th floor. some wondered if there was a problem with the buildings foundation...i lost my new marker. haiyah

apparently there was an earthquake in sumatra or sth i dunno i dont have a newspaper with me now. tremors for 5 mins.

and yes, drats exams havent been rescheduled

back to studying

kuching, i'll be home in 2 weeks...i cant wait to see my car
